After living and working for more then the last two decades in Germany, Munich and Berlin, and being a part-time traveler, it was time for a change, a new challenge – a consolidation. I decided to move. Since 2013 I am on my road, discovering the diversity of Asia.
Movement creates inspiration. Inspiration explores passion, the essence of creation. Wandering in between, on a path illuminated by the marks of design and development, a multifaceted collision of culture and past, its expression in form and function.
My name is Florian Gleich, born 1977.
A (conceptual) designer (print/web) with 20 years professional experience.
Until the June 2013 I ran for two years an advertisement agency (Agentur Widerstreit) in Munich, Germany, with the partner of my choice Janette Keller, who lives still in Germany. Attached, as an expressive playground, an art gallery (Widerstreit) and an independent fashion label (adj.). Since about ten years I am self-employed, gathering around me highly skilled freelancers, ranging from coders, project managers, coaches to sociologists.
By this network of professionals, working in various sectors of the industry, I am able to provide a full-service performance, independent, flexibel and firsthand.
Pullout of services we provide:

After two months volunteering at an NGO (SOC) in Siem Reap, Cambodia, working with kids, being teached by perception and life stories, working for different NGOs sequentially, I felt intensely the need of support. I started to organize fundraisings, selling shirts, designed by myself, labeled by Metal Your Day, inspired by the need.
Metal Your Day was installed as sort of travel blog and emerged as a personal notebook, a snapshot – literally – and a slogan for unmediated help, proved and sealed in person, on sight. Twice the shirtraise was already a success. The NGO SOC could afford to open a bank account, neccessarily receiving donations straightforward. Another project (The Hand in Heart Project) was able to announce the roll-off of its Skate into Education in Siem Reap, focusing on installing a skate park, one of the grounds, where subculture finds its space to develop, be inspired and create.
My projects are my catalyst, the straps of my backpack, pulling them tight and moving me forward. Or in other words, designing your vision, improving your business on one hand, also reaches another, out to people, who need help.
Beginning of 2015 the third shirtraise will start, collecting donation for a former headhunter tribe on the Philippines.
